Ellie is the newest adorable sculpt by very popular and talented artist, Irina Kaplanskaya. Her kit very popular and will soon sell out as it is a LIMITED Edition. She comes with COA to prove authenticity and preserve future value as sanctioned by the sculptor and reborn artist who brought her to life. I support our sculptors and only sell authentic reborns!
Ellie is considered an older baby size at 22 inches in length with legs only barely bent a knee. She is as darling in person as she is in these photos and will make a great addition to any reborn collection!
Genesis Heatset paints were used to create an "older baby" look to her skintone with slight mottling. She does have veining and blushing in all the right areas. I do use a matte varnish to seal the paint and cut down on the shine. She has cloth body that is non-disc jointed arms are perfectly proportionate to her body and full vinyl legs Her head is weighted to feel like a an older baby of this size and is not as wobbly as she is an older baby with more head control. She weighs about 6.5+/- pounds approximately and fits in most 3 month and 3-6 month clothing. Shoe size is 1
Ellie's head of hair is micro rooted Medium brown/light brown PREMIUM mohair in a mostly straight, silky texture with only slight curls in the back for a more feminine look. Slightly lighter brown mixed in for more depth and realism.
A wet comb is all you need to groom the hair and let dry for the smooth locks you see in these photos. She does have a lightly painted scalp as well for a combination look. I have used only the FINEST mohair on the market, I spare no expense on hair for my babies, because I feel it is one of the most important parts of a reborn.
The baby's nails have been glossed and manicured.
She has shaded nostrils and ears are shaded for depth.
Eyes are closed so she has micro rooted lashes.
Brows are painted fine and wispy strokes and do not overpower her face.
Lips are glossed for wet look. Magnet inside head cavity for pacifier.

Ellie will come home with all the name brand outfits, real KEDS shoes, and hair bows seen in these photos plus a magnetic Pacifier and lovey to hug on while traveling.
Other photo props like blankets, glass bottle, wooden items, seats, etc are not included.
